We intend to develop and market a unique software development tool.

We will enter a market which is already there but has enormous room for improvement. Some existing MDD tools sell okay, but all current MDD tools suffer from several drawbacks. Our idea of annotation-based modelling and its implementation in our tool will solve the major current drawbacks of MDD tools. Thus we anticipate Mutual Satellites to create a breakthrough of MDD usage.

To our investors, this is an opportunity to invest accumulated 3 million € and reach a 10-20 times return on investment.

The funding needed is 700.000 € for the version 1.0 development, and then 2.3 million € for world-wide marketing. The return is anticipated to be in the range of 30-60 million €. Exit is to be obtained through sale of the company to one of the world's large IT companies.
